This Is What You Can Expect From Us
While Your Home Is On The Market
Our most important tasks while your home is on the market are to: Keep you informed on market conditions; Advertise in the most effective media; provide meaningful information to buyers; Make sure agents are informed about the property
Any agent can give you entry level service: put up a sign, etc. We think sellers today want something more than basic service.
To keep you informed about market conditions, We will provide you with an update on a monthly basis as to number of sales, new listings, and total listings. You will be able to make intelligent decisions with this information. I will also send you weekly reports on the progress of your listing.
In an effort to make certain that our advertising dollars are wisely spent, we monitor the results of our ads. The single best medium is the Homes and Lands Magazine. Signs are the second best advertising tool.
Tri-Boro Terrace Realty has a policy of providing fliers for each property we list. We also have a brochure box with fliers at most of my listed properties so that drive-by buyers can also receive these fliers.

On Site Information
In order to insure buyers and their real estate agents have sufficient information on the property to make good decisions, I provide on site:
 The Info Board
 Extra Fliers
Copies of the Real Property Transfer Disclosure Form
 The Home Book
